Place your jewelry in its original SHAY velvet box and packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we require insured transit for all high-fine jewelry pieces.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
